Arrival and Departure Times
10.00 and 16.30 hours
If we can accommodate you we will do so but the house being very large it takes us on average 7 hours to restore it.
Household Cleaning
Housekeeping during your stay is done by you. The house, kitchen and dishes must be in a perfect state of cleanliness when you leave, except for cleaning and washing the floors.
All the necessary cleaning and maintenance equipment and products are at your disposal
Household linen: sheets and towels.
The beds have pillows and duvets. Bed and bath linen are not included.
Towels: €10 per person
Sheets: €10 per bed
A washing machine is at your disposal
Deposit, inventory and responsibilities
A deposit of €800 will be requested upon arrival by check or ESP.
Inventory and status report
Upon your arrival we will visit the entire premises. Please let us know of any observations or complaints by 10pm at the latest. We will not accept any complaints the following day.
A dish inventory will not be carried out, please just notify us upon your departure of any broken dishes or malfunctions.
Animals
Our big friends the dogs and cats are allowed. We ourselves have big dogs so the fenced enclosure is made for them.
Please note: despite diligent cleaning before and between rentals, if you are very allergic to even the slightest dog hair, please do not rent.
Horses:
You can park your horse, pony or donkey on one of our 2 plots. Water point provided, hay and pasture status contact us.
Swimming pool, surveillance and maintenance
You are fully responsible for supervising your children and the pool alarm.
The depth being 1.50 never let your children under 6 years old approach alone!
Pool maintenance consists of a daily pass with a net over the surface to remove leaves and checking the skimmers (a mouse can fall into the water...) and every 2 days a pass with the robot if necessary.
If the water turns opaque or greenish, even slightly, please let us know the same day!
